# DecorFlow Worker App: Setup Guide for Site Crews

> DecorFlow Worker is a separate mobile app for your site crew. Workers check in at the site, see their tasks and send progress photos. They sign in with their mobile number, no password.

## For firms
1. **Add the worker**: Workers → Add worker. Name and mobile number; trade and notes optional.
2. **Assign to projects**: In the project: Delivery → Site team → Assign Worker.
3. **Set up the site** (optional): Add a site contact name and mobile, and a Google Maps link or coordinates with a radius in metres. This turns on GPS check-in.
4. **Share the app**: Workers → Share Worker app. Send the invite or Play Store link on WhatsApp.
5. **Follow along**: Delivery → Site team shows who is on site, attendance, tasks and progress. Add tasks in Delivery → Worker tasks.

### What stays private
- **Budgets and client data stay hidden**: No budgets, quotations, invoices or client details. Only assigned sites, tasks and own updates.
- **Updates are internal by default**: Clients see an update only if you share it.
- **No all-day tracking**: GPS is checked only at check-in and out.

### Invite message to send your crew
Install DecorFlow Worker and sign in using the mobile number registered by your firm.

## For workers
1. **Install the app**: Open your firm's link and install from Google Play.
2. **Sign in with your number**: Type the number your firm registered, then the 6-digit SMS code. No password.
3. **Pick your company**: More than one firm? Pick one. Switch it in Profile.
4. **Check in at the site**: Slide to check in and out. Each project shows the address and a contact to call.
5. **Do today's tasks**: See due dates: Overdue, Due today, Due tomorrow. Open instructions, drawings and files. Move tasks Pending → In progress → Completed. Add photos or voice notes anytime.
6. **Add progress**: Add a note, camera or gallery photos, a video or a voice note. No signal? It sends later.

## Attendance and GPS
If the firm set a site location, the app checks GPS at check-in and check-out and shows "You're at the project site ✓" or how far away the worker is. If GPS fails or no site location is set, the worker marks attendance manually with an optional reason: GPS not working, Location issue, Supervisor asked, Other. A worker can be checked in at only one site at a time. Location is used only when attendance is checked; there is no all-day tracking.

## FAQ
### The app says “No work account found”. What do I do?
Your number is not registered with a firm. Ask your site supervisor to add you in DecorFlow with the number you are using.

### There is no internet at the site. Will my work be lost?
No. Anything you save without signal is kept on the phone and sent automatically when you are back online. Signing out does not lose updates that have not been sent yet.

### I work for two firms. Do I need two numbers?
No. Use the same mobile number. After you sign in, pick the company. You can switch companies in Profile.

### Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. DecorFlow Worker is on Android through Google Play. The iPhone app is coming soon.

### What can workers see, and what can't they see?
Workers see only the projects they are assigned to: the site address, site contact, their tasks, drawings and files on those tasks, and their own updates. They never see budgets, quotations, invoices or client details.

### A worker changed their phone number. What now?
The firm updates the worker's mobile number in DecorFlow. The worker then signs in with the new number.

### Is the app available in other languages?
Not yet. The DecorFlow Worker app is in English only for now.
