Cancellations and Refunds Policy

1. No Cancellations After Purchase
  • Once a user purchases a plan, it cannot be canceled before the end of the billing cycle.
  • Users must manually renew their subscription each month or year, depending on their selected plan.
2. Refund Policy
  • All payments made for DecorFlow plans are non-refundable, including partial usage or unused time.
  • Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
  • - Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
  • - Billing errors resulting in duplicate charges.
  • - Technical issues preventing access to core services for an extended period (determined at DecorFlow’s discretion).
3. Refund Request Process
  • To request a refund for eligible cases, users must contact our support team at support@decorflow.in within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 7-10 business days if approved.
4. Payment Processing Fees
Any fees charged by Razorpay or other payment gateways are non-refundable.
5. Changes to Policy
  • DecorFlow reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
  • Users will be notified of any significant changes.
