Cancellations & Refunds

Transparent policies regarding subscription cancellations and refund eligibility for DecorFlow services.

Subscription Cancellation

DecorFlow operates on a prepaid subscription model.

Once a plan is purchased, it will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Users may choose not to renew their subscription, but the current billing cycle cannot be canceled once the payment has been completed.

At the end of the billing period: Access to premium features may be restricted, data may remain accessible for a limited period, and users may reactivate their subscription at any time.

No Refund Policy

All payments made for DecorFlow subscription plans are non-refundable.

This includes: Partial usage of the subscription period, unused time remaining in the billing cycle, accidental purchases, or changes in business requirements.

Once payment has been processed, the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances, including:

Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

Duplicate billing due to technical errors.

System-wide technical issues that prevent access to core platform functionality for an extended period.

DecorFlow reserves the sole right to determine eligibility for refunds in such cases.

Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the eligible circumstances, you must submit a request within 7 days of the transaction date.

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@decorflow.in.

Your request should include: Registered email address, Transaction ID, and a description of the issue.

Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days.

Payment Gateway Fees

Payment processing fees charged by Razorpay or other payment providers are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the refunded amount may be adjusted to exclude applicable gateway charges.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact DecorFlow support before initiating a chargeback through their bank or payment provider.

Initiating fraudulent chargebacks may result in: Immediate suspension of the user account and permanent restriction from accessing DecorFlow services.

Taxes

All prices displayed on DecorFlow may be exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST where applicable.

Taxes once paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Changes to This Policy

DecorFlow reserves the right to modify this Cancellations and Refunds Policy at any time.

Significant changes will be notified through email, website announcements, or platform notices.
