Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the subscription payments made by businesses utilizing DecorFlow, a B2B SaaS platform developed and operated by SOVI TECH LABS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Subscription Cancellations

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your DecorFlow subscription at any time through the billing settings within your account.
  • Access After Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current paid billing cycle, your cancellation will take effect at the end of that cycle. You will retain access to your premium features until the cycle concludes.
  • Account Downgrade: Upon the expiration of a canceled billing cycle, your account will automatically be downgraded to our Free tier. You will lose access to premium features, AI credits, and increased storage limits associated with paid plans.

2. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law or in the event of a verified billing error, subscription payments and one-time credit purchases are non-refundable.

  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, partial months of service, or unused account credits.
  • Free Trials: We provide a free trial period (and a Free tier) to allow you to fully evaluate the software before committing to a paid plan. We highly encourage utilizing these tools to ensure DecorFlow meets your business requirements prior to purchasing a subscription.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been billed in error or experienced a duplicate charge due to a technical glitch with our payment gateway, please contact our support team at support@decorflow.in within thirty (30) days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and, if a valid billing error is confirmed, process a refund to your original method of payment.

4. End-Client Payments Disclaimer

DecorFlow provides software that allows design firms to generate and share invoices with their end-clients. SOVI TECH LABS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is purely a software provider and is not a party to any financial transactions, contracts, or payments between you (the design firm) and your end-clients. We do not process, manage, or issue refunds for payments made by end-clients to their interior designers. Any disputes regarding project payments must be resolved directly between the design firm and the end-client.
