Terms of Service

By accessing or using the DecorFlow platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DecorFlow.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, the terms “you” or “user” will refer to that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Service.

DecorFlow provides a cloud-based interior design management platform that enables businesses to manage leads, clients, projects, quotations, invoices, and project progress in a centralized system.

The Service may include features such as: Lead and client management, Project tracking, Quotation generation, Document management, Client project tracking pages, Analytics and reporting, and Team collaboration tools.

DecorFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account.

You agree to: Provide accurate and complete information, Maintain the security of your account credentials, and Be responsible for all activities under your account.

You must immediately notify DecorFlow if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

DecorFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that: Provide false information, Violate these Terms, or Attempt to compromise system security.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system; Interfering with or disrupting platform infrastructure; Uploading malicious software or viruses; Reverse engineering or copying the platform; Scraping or harvesting data without authorization; Using the Service for illegal activities.

DecorFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

DecorFlow operates on a subscription-based model. Access to certain features requires an active paid subscription plan.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider Razorpay.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that: You authorize DecorFlow to charge the applicable subscription fees; Pricing and features may vary depending on the selected plan; Subscriptions may be offered on monthly or annual billing cycles; Failure to renew a subscription may result in restricted access to premium features.

Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable.

DecorFlow may offer free trials to new users.

During the trial period: Access to certain features may be limited; DecorFlow reserves the right to modify or terminate trial offers.

At the end of the trial period, users must purchase a subscription to continue using premium features.

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including: Software, Designs, Logos, Branding, and Platform architecture, are owned by DecorFlow or its licensors.

You may not: Copy, Modify, Distribute, or Reverse engineer any part of the Service without written permission.

Users retain ownership of all data, content, and materials they upload to the platform (“User Content”).

By uploading User Content, you grant DecorFlow a limited license to: Host, Store, Process, and Display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload and use such content.

DecorFlow implements reasonable security measures to protect user data, including industry-standard infrastructure and encryption practices.

However, no online system is completely secure. By using the Service, you acknowledge that: Data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure; You use the Service at your own risk.

The Service may integrate with third-party services including but not limited to: Razorpay (payments), Firebase infrastructure, Email delivery services, and AI-powered services.

DecorFlow is not responsible for the policies, availability, or actions of third-party providers.

DecorFlow may provide AI-powered features that generate suggestions, descriptions, or summaries.

Users acknowledge that: AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete; Users are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before use.

DecorFlow is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

DecorFlow aims to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Service may occasionally experience downtime due to: Maintenance, System updates, Infrastructure failures, or Third-party service disruptions.

DecorFlow may suspend or terminate access to the Service if: The user violates these Terms, Fraudulent activity is detected, or Subscription payments fail.

Upon termination: Access to the Service will be revoked; Certain data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecorFlow shall not be liable for: Loss of profits, Loss of data, Business interruption, or Indirect or consequential damages.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

You agree to indemnify and hold DecorFlow harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from: Your misuse of the Service, Violation of these Terms, or Infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

DecorFlow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

If significant changes occur, users will be notified through: Email notifications or Platform announcements.

Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
