DecorFlow is a B2B SaaS platform for interior design firms, developed and operated by Sovi Tech Labs (OPC) Private Limited. We respect your privacy rights and provide transparent options to request permanent deletion of your account and personal data.
Important: Permanent Account Deletion vs. Signing Out or Deactivating
Please review the distinction before requesting account deletion:
- Signing Out: Ends your active session on a device. Your account, settings, and data remain saved for future sign-ins.
- Account Deactivation / Disabling: Temporarily restricts access while retaining your data for reactivation upon request.
- Permanent Account Deletion: Permanently erases your user credentials, personal profile, login history, and personal preferences from our primary databases. This action cannot be undone.
How the Account Deletion Process Works
You can initiate permanent account deletion directly through this public website without needing to install or open the DecorFlow mobile app.

Identity & Ownership Verification
Our support team will verify your account ownership by sending a verification code or link to your registered email address or phone number.
Multi-Tenant Scoping & Data Purge
Once verified, your personal account credentials and personal profile data are permanently erased. Multi-tenant studio data and legal financial records are retained per policy.
Confirmation & Final Notice
You will receive a final confirmation via email once your account and personal data have been completely deleted from our primary servers.

Tax laws in India require financial transaction logs, tax invoices, and milestone payment receipts to be retained for statutory retention periods (up to 8 years).
B2B Design Studio / Tenant Workspace Records
DecorFlow is a multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform. Deleting an individual user account does not delete shared studio projects, client quotations, or invoices owned by your employer or interior design firm.
Security & Fraud Prevention Logs
Limited security logs may be retained for up to 90 days to prevent abuse, security threats, and unauthorized access attempts.
