We collect information in two main capacities:

• Account Data: When you sign up for DecorFlow, we collect your name, business email, phone number, company details, and billing information necessary to maintain your subscription.
• Customer Data: Customers may upload information relating to their end-clients (e.g., client names, project addresses, phone numbers for portal login). We process this information solely to provide the Service in accordance with our agreement with the Customer.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, analytics, preferences, fraud prevention, and security. These tools are essential for maintaining the performance and security of the Service.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the DecorFlow platform.
• To process secure authentication (e.g., OTP logins).
• To process subscription payments and issue invoices.
• To provide customer support and send technical notices.
• To power automated and AI-assisted features. Customer Data is processed only to provide the requested AI functionality. We do not use Customer Data to train public third-party AI models.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We use trusted third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, communications, analytics, payment processing, and customer support.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational security measures designed to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Our platform architecture ensures that your business data is logically isolated and accessible only by your authorized users and invited end-clients.

We retain your Account Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Upon termination of your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a commercially reasonable period in accordance with applicable laws, excluding data we are required to retain for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. Customers can manage their profile and data directly within the platform. If an end-client wishes to exercise their data rights, they must contact the Customer (the design firm) directly, and we will assist the Customer in fulfilling the request.
